Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of receipt if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Opened products may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Process

3. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Exclusions

Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
